HOW IT WORKS
Membership Enrollment
Enroll in our CDS membership. Each plan allows a set number of service requests annually.
Request Charging Delivery
Log in to our web booking platform. Under your account, select the "Delivery Request" option. Upon approval, one request will be used from your yearly allowance.
Charging Delivery
Our NEVS charging van will arrive at your location and provide enough charge for approximately 50km of travel.
Billing
Each service use is deducted from your annual membership allowance, with no additional charges.

*Considered an Emergency Request charged. The rate of the service call is dependent on your location from NEVS HQ(2990 Arbutus Street). 1-20km: $200, 21-50km:$300
HOW IT WORKS
Request Service
To request service through the web booking system, there is a minimum cost of C$200 for services within a 20-kilometer radius. Additional charges are based on a per-kilometer rate.

You can request it without the need for a membership signup.
Payment
Our team will verify the distance and issue an invoice via email. Once the payment has been confirmed, the NEVS van will be dispatched to your location.
Emergency Charging
The NEVS charging van will come to your location, and once it arrives, it will initiate the charging process. The emergency charging service will provide you with sufficient power to cover a distance of 50 kilometers.
