With a distinguished career and exceptional expertise in the technology and telecommunications sectors, Mr. Yoon brings a wealth of strategic insights and innovation to further propel the Company towards success. Mr. Yoon's journey began when he joined ZTE Canada Inc., a telecommunications company in 2015, as the Director of Business Development. His strategic acumen, coupled with a strong team-oriented approach, led to rapid advancements in ZTE Canada's growth. Over time, Mr. Yoon's dedication and visionary leadership led him to become the Chief Executive Officer of ZTE Canada and Redline Communications. Drawing from his extensive experience, Mr. Yoon has demonstrated an innate ability to drive innovation and achieve results that resonate with the global business arena. Prior to his tenure at ZTE Canada, Mr. Yoon held pivotal roles at renowned original equipment manufacturers such as Huawei and Palm. Furthermore, Mr. Yoon has experience in management roles with TELUS, Bell, and Clearnet.

Charles Park

Charles brings a breadth of knowledge cultivated from over a decade in the banking, technology, and online gaming industries. An engineer at heart, Mr. Park obtained his Bachelor of Science at the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). He went on to attend the accelerated International Graduate Program at the Standard Chartered Bank where he began as an FX Trader and transitioned to Corporate Lending, where he led several substantial Commercial Real Estate (CRE) deals. It was during this time he became an accredited Charted Financial Analyst (CFA). In the last five (5) years, Charles has taken on significant operational and business roles at an online gaming company, helping it grow from a startupto a major player in the digital space.

Mr. Haber has been involved in corporate finance and capital markets for over 25 years as a banker, investor and serial entrepreneur. He has served as the CFO and Audit Committee Chair of many public and private companies. Mr. Haber started his career with Coopers & Lybrand, now PwC LLP. He is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant, with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management from the University of Toronto. Mr. Haber was awarded his Chartered Director designation from the DeGroote School of Business in partnership with the Conference Board of Canada.

Young Cho Lee (CPA) has a BA in Accounting and an MBA from Hanyang University in South Korea. He worked in accounting, finance, and auditing department at LG Group- headquarter, overseeing all subsidiaries including LG Electronics, LG Construction, and LG Chemicals. He was responsible for management and consulting projects, specializing in M&A and restructuring. After leaving LG, he founded and operated an educational institution for 15 years in Vancouver. After successful exit from education industry, he started mobile communications and IT mobile platform businesses in Vancouver and Toronto. He has extensive experience in management, restructuring, financial management, and sales & marketing strategy
