Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 24 hours in advance. Once the service has commenced, cancellation and refunds are not possible. For example, if a customer requests RA 1time service and the service vehicle has already departed, cancellation and refunds will not be available.
